Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is custom printed to-order, made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
I made a mistake on my order so how can I replace it or cancel my order?
We will not replace any item that DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR is ordered by mistake or mailed to the wrong address; however, if you realize your mistake and contact us within 2 hours of submitting your order by messaging us on Etsy, we will do our best to correct your order mistake. PLEASE NOTE: If your order or message takes place outside of business hours, we most likely will not be able to halt production in time to correct your mistake or cancel your order.
What type of print process is used on my item?
Dye sublimation printing is used to create vibrant and long-lasting designs. This process involves using heat and pressure to transfer dye onto the surface of a ceramic mug, resulting in a durable, vibrant image that won’t fade, crack, or peel, and that is both dishwasher and microwave safe.
What happens in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error?
Our production partners are top rated in the industry and we work together to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. If a product comes damaged or with a manufacturing error, please take a clear photo showing the damage or production issue and kindly reach out within 5 days of receipt by messaging us on Etsy and attaching the photo. Your feedback will allow us to promptly address the concern and then do everything possible on our end to resolve the issue.
