My Miniature World... Crafting a livelihood

Thank you for dropping by, it's great to see you here !!
In my shop, you'll find dollhouse & doll's miniatures as well as DIY accessories/materials. The miniatures range from 1:12th scale to 1:3 scale. Barbie uses 1:6 scale, AGD uses 1:3 scale.

When I'm not packing orders and out to the post office, I'll be busy working on my miniatures which take hours, days and even late into the night. So, it is especially heart warming and encouraging to see my items going to a new owner who appreciates them. These customers are the one who motivates me to continue with my work. I thank you for your encouragement and will do my best.

Buyers please read 'ITEM DETAILS' before purchasing. Handmade items are unique on it's own. Each piece will differ slightly from the next one.

All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Items are checked carefully before shipping. I use a high end camera to photograph and describe the products as accurately as possible. Color may also differ on each software screen due to individual's device setting. If unsure, contact me before purchasing.

For returned package due to whatever reason stated by your country's postal agency, buyer will be responsible for shipping fees to have your package re-sent back to you.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY from Singapore (after item shipped):
* USA, Australia, Europe = 3~6 weeks
* UK, New Zealand = 2~4 weeks
* Italy, Mexico, Brazil = 4~8 weeks
* Asia = 1~2 weeks

The above are just estimates not guarantee. All international mails subject to customs clearance & weather condition upon arrival at the destination. For faster shipping / door-to-door tracking facility, contact me BEFORE purchase.

*U.S states outside the international service center (ISC) may take longer for delivery, subject to airport handlers and postal services.

LOST MAILS:
In the event when your package is not received after 8 WEEKS* from the date of posting, email me so that I can raise a postal inquiry. A case will be opened for investigation by SINGPOST with your country's post. Investigation period takes 2 months to process under the Universal Postal Agreement. Only after investigation, can any claims be made***. Overall, the waiting time is approximately 3 months from the day investigation starts till the day you receive your refund**. You may be required to submit a postal claim or postal theft form. Also your contact number and other details as required by the postal inspection office.

* Before reporting to us, contact your post office to checked if they are holding on to your package.

** Re-shipment of the item is subject to stock availability. If item is no longer in stock, a refund will be made.

*** All claims are subject to the approval of the postal administration (limited to $45). Shipping fee cannot be refunded. Do request for insurance if your purchase is more than the limited amount.

~SHIPPING ADDRESS~
I ship only to the address indicated on your ETSY invoice. Before making payment, please ensure you provide the correct address in your ETSY account as I will Not be responsible for any postal misdelivery (don't forget to include recipient's name).

~PROCESSING TIME~
Orders are shipped within 3 business days upon payment clearance (no shipping on weekends & holidays).

~SHIPMENT MODE~
Ship from SINGAPORE by registered airmail (signature required upon collection/delivery with LIMITED online tracking). Your country's postal service will be in charge of the delivery once item arrives at the destination (example: USA = USPS, Italy = Poste Italiane, Germany = Deutsche Post, Etc).

~DELIVERY TIME~
See below estimated delivery after item shipped.

~TRACKING~
For registered mails going overseas, scanning and tracking depends on your country's postal. Countries such as Europe and USA have LIMITED online tracking for international registered mails. So while I can help to track what date your package departs Singapore, you need to take the initiative to check with your local post office on the delivery schedule of your package. If you need full online tracking service, do upgrade shipping.

~CUSTOM DECLARATION~
To prevent postal thief, international orders will be declared as a 'gift' with low value and no invoice attached. Should you wish to have the full value stated on the package, please leave a message upon checkout (before shipping is done).
Additional policies and FAQs
Please do not leave negative feedback due to slow postal delivery or missing mail. Negative feedback on delivery service should be reported to your post office. It's really unfair as you should understand that once an item is posted, it is entirely out of my hands and beyond my control. I wished I had a share in the postal industry but just like any ordinary person, I do not.
