When you head to checkout with your item and click 'Your Cart' there is a option that says "Add optional note to seller" if you wouldn't mind adding your engraved/printed message here we will be able to make that happen for you.
If you are about to add a 'Guitar Pick Holder' or "Rock Guitar Pick Holder" to your order, after selecting from the drop down menu whether you would like your engraving on the Front, Back or Front and Back please can you specify in your note where you would like your message, For example: '1. Front: John's Picks 2. Back: You ROCK!
