How long does it take to receive my order?
- Processing time: 3-5 working days
- Shipping time: 7+ working days
Etsy counts weekends so the expected delivery date is just an ESTIMATE, that's why please let us know the date you need your item BEFORE purchasing.
What is your return policy?
Exchanges or returns are not accepted since our products are made-to-order. However, we will gladly resolve any issue if your item has one of the following problems:
- Incorrect design or wrong item received
- Poor print quality (e.g., blurry image)
- Item significantly different from the description
- Defective or damaged item
- Order shipped to the wrong address
What should I do if my item arrives wrong, damaged, defective, or missing?
Please follow these steps and contact us through Etsy messages:
- Provide clear photos of the wrong, damaged, or defective item.
- Include a photo of the shipping label attached to your package.
Once received, we’ll review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
What’s the best way to send my photos?
To personalize your order, please provide high-resolution photos using the “Upload Images” option in Etsy messages.
My order shows delivered, but I didn’t get it — what now?
If your order is marked as delivered but not found:
- Please recheck your mailbox and surroundings.
- Ask neighbors or your building reception.
- Contact your local post office.
If you still can’t locate it, send us a message and we’ll assist you right away.
What happens if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet gone into production or shipping, we may be able to update it. Once the item is in production or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes or issue refunds.
