5 out of 5 starsThis book is amazing - I can’t recommend it enough. I found it so relatable and helpful in ways that other BFRB books have not been. If you struggle with BFRBs this book is an absolute must have. With this book I feel like I really have a chance at overcoming my BFRB.

Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Because I sell instant downloads, having someone make a copy only to return or cancel the sale is a concern, so I do not accept returns on digital downloads.
