This is extremely important! Please remember to put your event date in the ‘Note to Seller’ section at checkout. This is to ensure that I can get your order out to deliver on time. If your event is close or months away I still need to know your event date :) If you require a rush order please contact me first.

-Policies
We do NOT accept cancellations or returns once an order has gone through. Production of orders start straight away. Personalised items we are not able to relist or sell on. So please make sure all information is correct and you are happy with your order before you finalise your purchase.

-Processing time
Items take approx max of 7-10 days to make before they get shipped out (i do try and get out as soon as possible), each item is handmade to order. If you have a large order it may take longer so please contact me prior to ordering to ensure it is possible. Please remember to put your event date in the "note section" at checkout to ensure your orders delivers on time. If you require a rush order please contact me before purchase or add the fish order listing to your cart and will aim to send out the next day.

-Shipping
My business is based in the UK, i aim to ship your orders within 7-10 days of purchase possibly longer depending on the size of your order (please contact us). All Packages are sent standard Second class, please upgrade your shipping at checkout if you would like your order shipped first class or 24 hour tracked.

UK first class shipping takes around 1-3 Business days.

UK second class shipping takes around 4-5 Business days.

International shipping can take around 30 business depending on your location. Please remember to put your event date in the "Note to seller" section at checkout if you need a faster processing time.We cannot offer a faster delivery option.

The International Standard shipping does NOT provide tracking, if you require a tracked shipping service please upgrade at checkout to International tracked.
The shipping fee does include tariff cost but the buyer is responsible for any sales tax fees.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE.

We can NOT give a guaranteed delivery date as once a package has been handed over to the shipping company it is out of our control and many factors can affect shipping times, such as customs, the location of your state and freight issues.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are welcome. I really enjoy trying out new designs and love working with you and your ideas. If you are looking for something unique or have a new item idea that you don’t see in my shop, please don’t hesitate to message me or request a custom order, I love working with you to ensure you get exactly what you want.
