5 out of 5 starsAnother breathtaking piece. Just buy the sticker, you won’t regret it. It’s a thick material (not papery) VERY glittery and sparkly and has that nostalgic “machine dispenser” vibe, look and feel.

Custom and personalized orders
As of right now I do not provide custom or personalized orders, though I would like to in the future.
Sizing details
Pin sizes vary. For example, "Mi Isla Se Levanta" is 1.5in (3.81cm) in length whereas future pins may be 3in (7.62cm) at most.
Hard enamel pin care instructions
Hard enamel pins are tough and can take a beating. Though I would not recommend placing them on sites of excessive movement where exposure may lead to scraping of the fine details on the pin's surface. If you would like to ensure your pin doesn't get scraped to high heaven, please refrain from attaching it to your sleeves, pants, purse straps, phone cases, etc.
If you get some smudges/fingerprints on the pin just use a fine microfiber cloth, like the kind used for correcting smudges on glasses to clean it.
If you spill any kind of food product onto your pin, please refrain from using cleaning chemicals to wash it. Some products are abrasive and can eat away at the laminate that protects the pin. Just use water.
Hard enamel pin care instructions
In addition, please refrain from submerging your pin in water for prolonged periods of time. Some bodies of water may contain chemicals that will eat away at the metal and laminate, tarnish the metal, or damage the fine detailed work.
To be safe, always wipe it off as soon as it gets wet to avoid any issues.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am looking into providing special wrapping and packaging for the incoming holiday season at an additional cost, so please look forward to that announcement sometime in November this year.

Will you design pins for Latin countries other than Puerto Rico?
Yes! I am starting with Puerto Rico as that is my very own culture, but I am designing pieces for the Dominican Republic (as I am half Dominican) next in my timeline.
After the Dominican Republic, I plan to cover Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, Guatemala, and so on in no particular order. I will present a voting poll to ask you, my customers, which culture you would like for me to cover next when I reach that point in my business timeline. I look forward to hearing from you all :)
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
¡Pero claro que si! I ship all over the United States and that includes Borinquen!
I don't list Puerto Rico as an option because Etsy for some reason will force me to include an international shipping option for Puerto Rico...but USPS ships to Puerto Rico so...
It is a weird bug, but that is why Puerto Rico is not listed as a place where I ship.

What do I do if I want to order a pin that is no longer in stock?
Pins and other products no longer in stock will be available again depending on if it is a staple of the Vené store or a limited-time item.
Most pins will be restocked as they sell out. But there are limited items that I will make available and indicate their limited capacity on my social media accounts like Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube (@venelatinart).
Currently, there are no limited items in the store. These products will mostly be hand-made items like clothing, bags, and other accessories. Please stay-tuned and follow me on social media!
What is your return policy?
I will accept any returns within my given parameters.
In the event that you want to make a return/exchange, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. That means within 5 days of you having received the item (according to tracking), not within 5 days of me shipping it.
Please ship the item back to me within 7 days of delivery so that I can ensure your money gets back to you promptly.
If an item is damaged through the shipping process (I really hope that never happens) I will gladly accept your return. Although I require that you provide photo proof of the damaged item before I accept your return.
*I would also encourage you to allow me to send you another item to replace the damaged one as an exchange rather than a return.
