Our story
Hi, we're Brett, Ilyes and Quentin, three friends from Québec, Canada, and together we're BIQ. We're all psychology students, and we started BIQ with a simple idea: help should be easy to find and easy to afford.
When you're dealing with anxiety, grief, burnout or a fear that's quietly shrinking your life, you shouldn't have to wade through a 300-page book to find something that helps tonight. So our workbooks are short and focused. Each one explains a topic in plain language, then walks you through practical exercises: thought records, fear ladders, reflection pages, trackers and one-page action plans. They're inspired by well-known self-help approaches like CBT, and written to feel kind, not clinical.
