5 out of 5 starsIn my original order from this seller, an item arrived damaged which I was very disappointed by, seller followed up once I had received the parcel and I told her how I felt. She was very communicative and incredibly apologetic, the damage had likely been caused in transit and through no fault of hers. She offered to replace the damaged item, and I received a very very generous replacement package with multiple beautiful items - she even asked my birthday to include a birthstone item which felt very personal! I would highly recommend ordering from this seller and if you have any issues with your order, I urge you to reach out to her instead of accepting disappointment. The outcome was far better and more generous than I could have ever hoped. What I initially paid was absolutely outweighed by the quality items I received!! 🥰

The jewelry is very cute; I was delighted with it, and IT was great discovering all these different pieces. I highly recommend it and will definitly order from there again!

I received one similar to the one in one of the photos, with its own special charm, filled with various pieces of jewelry. I love this mystery jewelry box format because it adds an amazing touch, and Teresa is always available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! 🤗💚
