5 out of 5 starsThe delivery was very fast — the courier delivered the knife the next day after it was sent. I unboxed it — and wow… it’s absolutely amazing! I immediately tried chopping some fruits and vegetables, and honestly, I’m at a loss for words to describe how incredible it is. Everything about it — starting from the build quality, the perfect size (170-180 mm is ideal for everyday use and fits my hand perfectly), to the comfort and ease of use — is outstanding. A lot of thanks to Milen for giving me the opportunity to own this knife. And, of course, my heartfelt gratitude to Shibata San for crafting such exceptional knives.
