Oh my gosh!! I have only the best things to say about this bust and Cris! We got this as a gift for my soccer coach. He is a big fan of Roman and Greek history, and we thought this would be the perfect gift. I just received it and it looks amazing! I ordered this three weeks ago and just received it today. The customer service was amazing!! Cris reached out so quickly, and was so patient with me, and all of my questions. I had a request to alter something, and Cris did it so quickly! Cris is knowledgeable and great to work with. I had several requirements and they were listened to with patience. Cris worked with me to make the project fit my budget. I decided on a 10" tall sculpture. When the shipment arrived, opening the box was fun. The packing (inside the box) made it even more special. The little tag inside was very charming. The sculpture was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. The sculpture is solidly built. I can move it without worrying about breaking it. The style has a good balance of realism and fiction, like one of those lifelike Anime figurines, which is the style I wanted. Unlike 3D printed figures, the sculpture has a handmade quality with imperfections that make it warmer and more realistic. It's so cute, too. I absolutely love it!
