My order says it's delivered but I have not received it yet
We ship our orders via USPS ground using Pitney Bowes tracking #s. Sometimes a mail carrier will scan an item as "delivered" but it will still take several days to arrive. If, after a few days you still have not received your item, please send us a message and we will be happy to help.
Can I get an sticker/print/T-shirt in a custom color/size?
We unfortunately cannot customize the colors or sizes offered in our listings.
Will you be making a cat tarot deck?
Yes! We are in the process of illustrating the cards and once this is complete we will publish a complete deck. It is a labor of love that, at the time of writing this FAQ, is still off in the distance, but be sure to check back as we will post updates on our socials and shop.
