I like my products. Metal components are very light and stretchy straps are easy to adjust according to either body shape or look. Price is fair. But they took 2 months to arrive due to carrier issues, and the seller did not exactly rush to get my order to me after finding out I hadn’t received it in over a month. They promised me a quick turnover, tracking number for free, and an additional gift. I was happy with that, and offered to pay for additional expedited shipping. They didn’t get back to me for 1.5 weeks until I reached out first. I received my order another week later (no tracking number provided by seller) and there was no free gift — that they had offered to include. I purchase from small business often and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Pay for your tracking number if you do buy from here.
