Are these digital items or physical products?
All items in our shop are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Our digital items come in popular file formats such as PNG, PDF, and GoodNotes compatible files for stickers, planners and notebooks.
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Alternatively, you can access your downloads through your Etsy account.
1. Go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases using a web browser (it won't work on the Etsy app)
2. Next to your purchase, click on 'Download Files'
3. From there you will be able to download and access your new digital product.
**If you checked out as a Guest on Etsy, check the email you used for your purchase. An email from "transactions@etsy.com" includes a link to download files.
