I received 3 African beads today as part of my order. These beads were the last ones she had of this design and they were horrible looking. I gave her a detailed description of the damages so she would know where to look on the 8 pics I sent. She claimed that she could not see the damages and that the pics were blurry. She wanted me to return the beads on my own dime to get a refund and was unwilling to budge even when I told her I was gong to report the issue. Well, Etsy saw every pic sent and saw the damages and concurred that the 3 beads should not have been sent out that way. They have credited me for the full amount of the beads and will deal with the seller for her unwillingness to resolve the situation.
