3 out of 5 starsThese images did not resize well. I attempted to use these images to order UV DTFs and the quality was too low to print anything large enough to put on a tshirt.
Lindsey responded on Feb 16, 2026
Kara, We apologize that you had issues with this file. This product was intended to be used as a full graphic on its own, not as individual graphics for each band name. If you would have reached out to us, we could have arranged to send them to you to use individually.

Lindsey responded on May 4, 2026
I apologize you didn’t think the quality was good. it seems some people have no problem with the listing and others do. I believe it is based on what you are doing with it. we wished you would have reached out with questions regarding the file. thanks.

1 out of 5 starsprinted out blurry on cricut
Lindsey responded on Mar 12, 2026
Taylor, we are sorry your file did not work for you. We wonder if that is because this was formatted for prints such as sublimation on Tees, and not a SVG format planned for cricuts. we wished you would have messaged us so we could have worked something out before leaving a bad review.

1 out of 5 starsThis item was not clear enough to use.
Lindsey responded on Feb 18, 2026
Tanya, we are sorry you could not use our file. I wonder if you were using it in a format that the file was not set up to be done in or larger than intended. we wish you would have messaged us so we could have worked together to find a solution instead of immediately going to Etsy and requesting a refund. others have used this file with no problem so I’m sure we could have figured something out together. have a great day.
