Do you accept returns?
All items are made-to-order. Therefore we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there are any issues with the product or print quality, we'll work with you to make it right.
What size should I choose?
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product listing to help you choose the right size. Please note that all our products are unisex except for V-Neck and Tank-Tops. All our products runs true to size but if you like a more fitted look, please size down.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
When can I expect my order?
Our processing time is only 1-3 business days, and domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. International orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
How should I care for my products?
To keep your apparel looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out in cold or warm water on a delicate cycle and hanging it to dry. Please avoid using bleach or tumble drying, and refrain from directly ironing the design. Ironing inside out will help prolong the life of your apparel and maintain the freshness and vibrancy of the design.
What kind of print is this?
This is direct to garment printing where the ink is sunken right into the fabric so it's not printed on top of it like vinyl, so it won't peel and chip after being washed.
