We do not promise marbling oe looks on skis as they are all done in batches. They are all blow torched and stained together but will vary in overall appearance for a rustic look.

Our skis are 64" long and about 4" wide but are sent in 2 pieces. They are sent in sturdy cardboard boxes in transit. They are heavily tapped for security.

Currently, we ship our shot skis in thick pretty cardboard tubes. These protect them in the mail. If you'd like a gift message attached, please state that in the notes and fill out that gift note section for us! They are heavily tapped and stapled for security.

Unfortunately, no. After the 24 hour period, your ski has been through the proofing process and is in the production line. Cancel within the stated 24 hour period and we're happy to refund you, after that, your order has already been processed.

Yes! You can request a rush order. Send us a message and we will adjust the pricing accordingly so that your order skips the line.

Send us a message with pictures of the item and packaging in it's entirety within 24 hours of receiving the item. We then submit a claim with UPS on your behalf. You must send us pictures and notifications of the broken item WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery for this process to take place. Refunds will not be granted for items arriving late or broken due to UPS transit/processing but we're happy to remake and ship another one to you. If you prefer a refund, you will have to contact UPS directly via the claims link we provide.

Hey there! If you've found us late, feel free to communicate that to us and we'll offer the rush shipping option to you! Standard shipping is 2-3 weeks currently. During the holidays, this time will fluctuate due to demand and can reach 4 weeks.

If something isn't right with your order when you receive it, please contact us, before leaving your review. We would be more than happy to look into your issue and help correct it. We'd love the chance to fix any mistake that we might have made.

We ask each customer to PLEASE double check that USPS delivers to the address they've provided for shipping. We've seen a repeat issue with Colorado in particular, but other states as well. There is a $50 fee if for some reason the item is returned or gets lost and has to be remade and/or shipped out again given all the fees and costs we incur. (We'd rather avoid the whole situation and make sure everything goes smoothly the first time around so please make sure USPS delivers to the address you provide.
