What happens if I supplied the wrong address and my package gets returned to this shop?
We have a no-return, no-refund policy. Refunds are not accepted. We will send you a message with photo proof to let you know your order has been sent back to us. Reasoning for Insufficient Address (and issues of the like) will need to have shipping paid for again to be able to re-ship your item. We will send you the link to purchase shipping.
What if I received the wrong colour?
Customer will NEED to provide photos of the product they received. We keep a record of products within each order that gets sent out and what colour the item was made in. In the event, we sent the wrong colour, we can send a replacement.
Are these decals weather proof?
Yes. Our decals are safe to go through water/car washes and are UV resistant. We have personally tested our decals and submerged them under water (then dried completely) before application. This did NOT effect the quality of application.
We've had vinyl stickers on our car windshield for 3+ years now through +30˚C in the summer to -30˚C in the winter without issue.
We use high quality, durable and long lasting vinyl that can be applied to cars, windows, notebooks, computers and other smooth surfaces. To maximize the vinyl's lifespan and durability, we highly recommend following our decal application instructions which are in each photo reel of a decal listing.
I damaged my decal during application, can I get a refund?
We strongly recommend professional installation especially of windshield banners and larger vehicle graphics. Improper customer installation is out of our control and is not accepted for refunds or returns. For quick reference, you should find a Decal Application Instructions photo in each product's photo reel for tips and tricks to install yourself.
I ripped my package and decal when opening, can I get a replacement?
Please take care and precaution while opening your package. Some envelopes have to be modified to be able to accommodate for larger sized decals. Start with peeling off or carefully cutting away any tape on the outside of the envelope/package. We have a no-return, no-refund policy that we must abide by. Careless opening of packaging is out of our control and is not accepted for refunds or returns. In the event, we sent the wrong colour or design, we can send a replacement no problem. In this instance, we can offer a discount code on future purchases.
Will these decals ruin my vehicle paint?
In short, no. We have never experienced paint peeling on our personal vehicles as a result of removing our vinyl decals.
However, the condition of your vehicle’s clear coat/paint job can be a factor. If the paint/clear coat is already cracked or peeling before application, there is a possibility that removing the decal could further lift the paint.
Issues can arise if: decal is left on for many years without maintenance, it’s applied over existing damage (rust or peeling paint), or improper removal techniques (scraping too aggressively) are used.
We are not responsible for damages as result of not following the tips above. Again, we have never experienced paint peeling or damage from our vinyl products on our personal vehicles.
