• Shipping information (mailing address for shipped orders)
• Order details (badge text such as name/credentials/unit, style selection, color/theme preferences, add-ons)
• Photos you provide (for likeness-based character/portrait designs)
• Logos or branded images you provide (school, business, or organization logos you have permission to use)
• Payment-related information
• Orders placed on Etsy are processed through Etsy; we do not receive your full payment card details.
• For Cash App or other peer-to-peer payments, we may see your payment handle and transaction confirmation.

2) How we use your information

We use your information to:
• Create, personalize, and deliver your custom badge design and any add-ons
• Ship physical products to the address you provide (when applicable)
• Communicate with you about proofs, edits, and order updates
• Provide customer support and resolve issues
• Keep records for business, accounting, and tax purposes

3) Artwork examples / promotional use

We may use finished designs as examples in our portfolio or promotional materials (such as listing photos or social media).
• If we use an example, we will remove or cover personal details (such as name/unit) if you request.
• You may opt out at any time by messaging us “no promo,” and we will not use your design for promotional purposes going forward.

4) Sharing your information

We share your information only when necessary to provide services or comply with the law, including:
• Etsy (to process and fulfill orders placed through Etsy)
• Shipping carriers (to purchase labels and deliver your order)
• Printing/production partners (only if you purchase a printed item that requires outside production; we share only what is necessary to produce/ship your order)
• Service providers (tools used for file storage, communication, and order management)
• Legal requirements (if required by law or to respond to legal requests)

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Data retention

We keep order information only as long as necessary to:
• Complete your order and provide support
• Maintain business and tax records
Photos provided for likeness may be deleted after order completion upon request.

6) Your choices

You can request to:
• Correct your personal information
• Delete photos you provided (after order completion)
• Opt out of promotional/portfolio use (“no promo”)
