I ship both domestically (Singapore) and international, using Singapore Post registered mail.

All packages are packaged securely and safely in individual plastic baggies and bubble wrap to minimise shipping damage. I bead with the environment in mind and reuse plastic baggies and bubble wraps as much as possible. I also clean and check if they're in good condition prior to placing the beads in them.

Additionally, rest assured that all beads and notions are carefully checked prior to packaging your order to ensure they are in good condition and fit for use.

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

However in the rare case of defective item, shipping damage, breakage, please contact me within 3 calendar days of receiving the package and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

If the order has been shipped and after which you no longer want the item, return shipping fees are to be borne by the buyer. Refunds excluding the shipping cost (which is non-refundable) can be processed only after the item has reached me undamaged and fit for resale. If item has been returned damaged or with missing components than what was initially sent out, a restocking fee will apply depending on the extent of damage or for the price of the missing components.

Pre-orders will become available when certain listings sell out. Please note that for such listings, I will purchase the supplies in bulk from the supplier and it will take some time for them to reach me and check that they are in good condition before sending them out to you.

A rough estimate will be around 3-4 weeks of processing time and once I get the supplies, it will be shipped out to you ASAP.

I do not recommend you purchase pre-order listings if you are urgently in need of them as I have no control over the supplier's processing times, and thus might pass on any delays to your order.

Registered letter mail will be chosen for sticker orders in order to reduce excess shipping cost as opposed to registered parcel mail. As such, if you've ordered just a 500 pc sticker roll, it might be cut into sticker strips in order to fit under the sizing criteria of a letter mail.

If you've ordered stickers and beads in one order, depending on the quantity ordered, the order might be shipped under registered parcel mail. As such, shipping charged on Etsy might exceed the actual cost charged by Singapore Post. In cases of excess shipping charges, please be assured that it will be refunded after I've weighed and purchased the shipping label.

There will be no shipping refunds once the order has been shipped as the parcel has already left my hands. Per Singapore Post's FAQ page, there will be no refunds for any purchased shipping label, whether used or unused. Additionally, addresses and label details cannot be amended or refunded either after the shipping label has been purchased.

Orders are usually packed and ready for shipping within 1 business day, and thus shipping labels would also be purchased fairly quickly after you have ordered.

For unclaimed or returned parcels, only item cost minus a 20% restocking fee can be refunded. No shipping fees will be refunded for such cases since delivery has already been fulfilled.
