This cake is so good! I haven't had banh bo in ages and surprised to have found it on Etsy. It's not too sweet and the consistency is exactly how I remembered. Light, airy, and chewy? Not sure how to describe it but definitely ordering a few more to keep frozen! I also had a question and Mindy was quick to respond. Would recommend.
