It's a lovely item, except I never received it. I changed my address and the deliverer, several weeks later just left my item with a neighbour. I lived in a block of 10 flats that I now can no longer access (security front door) so I can't go door knocking, not that I would anyway. I hope the supplier does the right thing and resend the item. Update: The seller has sent me a replacement at no cost to me. This is a better outcome than I had hoped. I am delighted with his customer service!
