Hi Melanie, Thank you so much. I have updated my Table Runner listing descriptions based on your feedback. I am pointing out that the cotton twill is a much lighter weight material but it a natural product. The polyester is a heavier weight with a more vibrant print - but is not a natural product. 5 out of 5 starsWhile in the end, I decided to return this runner only because it turned out to be slightly darker than I thought it would be and didn’t really match my colors, the shop owner offered a refund immediately. Very easy to work with highly recommend this shop, even though this particular purchase did not work out for me.

Initially I was confused as to how to hang them to appreciate the full view of the item until I decided they were too pretty to use and decoddd to frame them and use them as thw work of art they are. Very nice and receive lots of compliments.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is your processing time?
Our standard processing time is 2 to 7 business days for orders in the USA. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the design.
Digital items are available almost immediately.
Shipping
We strive to always ship within the stated window, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as occasionally, issues may occur with the package carrier. Delivery windows are estimates and we are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues. In the rare event that an item(s) has not been delivered and the corresponding tracking info still shows as undelivered several days after the expected delivery estimate with a correct shipping address, certainly contact the shop within 3 weeks of expected delivery for replacements or refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements beyond 4 weeks of expected delivery.
