By day, I step into my role as a therapist, guiding children, teens, and adults through the winding paths of healing. Some days, I work in the office with crayons, journals, and thoughtful conversation. Other days, I find myself outside, among the horses, sharing space in equine therapy sessions where trust, patience, and presence teach lessons that words alone cannot.
Every session, every conversation, every shared moment reminds me why I chose this path. I feel it is my honor and privilege to share the knowledge I gained over the years from others with others so everyone can heal, grow, and step more fully into their own lives.
Through parenting, marriage, and therapy, I’ve learned that life isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, listening deeply, and offering kindness—to ourselves and to others. And in that practice, I’ve found the most profound reward: witnessing transformation, small and large, every single day.
