Leather care
Due to the fact that leather is an absorbent material, it is better to avoid exposure to water. Please do not wear during bathing, swimming or excessive drooling.
Material
I do my best to find high quality leather without dyes and different paints .Every item is handmade and special. Please be aware that there is a possibility of color deviation. These differences, part of the beauty and charm of the handmade, make each pair unique.
Bracelet Size
To order the correct size, measure the wrist with flexible measuring tape, add extra room for a comfortable wear. If you don't have a measuring tape , you can use a piece of string and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.If you have questions or would like a custom size, please do not hesitate to send me a message.
Foot Measurements
In order to measure your foot, please follow the next steps:
-You take a piece of paper.
-You seat in a chair if you measure your foot by self. Otherwise if someone else takes the measures of your foot, standing is better.
-You place your foot on the piece of paper in front of you.
-With a pencil, trace around your foot. Hold the pencil as straight up-and-down as possible while measuring and be sure that your pencil remains in constant contact with your foot during this process.
-Measure your foot length with a ruler. Please take the measurements from at the tip of the LONGEST toe and at the back of the heel.
Note:
-It is better to measure your foot at the end of day because then the feet are largest
Shipping
We ship via Hellinic Elta Post First class and Priority Mail with tracking number. PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. In the event of an Hellenic Elta Post failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
If you want Express Shipping, you can shoose the shipping via Fedex Shipping. The shipping cost is formed by the weight of the package and the arrival destination.
The number of days they start by the time that package is being shipped is 2-4 working days.
Shipping Address
Item will ship to the Paypal or ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. So please double check to make sure you’re info is correct.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be in new condition (no wear and tear)
-Personalized items cannot be returned unless it's a mistake on our part. -I accept returns and exchanges (of equal value) on all undamaged items and will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs within 14 days from the date you received the item.
