Many of my items are ready to ship, they will be despatched within 5 working days of your payment being received.
Other Bunting items are made to order. All custom bunting will take 1 - 2 weeks.
DELIVERY POLICY:
I ship from the UK using Royal Mail SECOND class NON TRACKED to the UK and Airmail TRACKED internationally.
Packages will be sent out within 1 -2 business days.
If your order has not arrived after 15 working days (if you are a UK buyer) and 28 working days (if you are an international buyer), please get in touch with me.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges that your order may incur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct. I primarily use PayPal postage and always ensure that the address you give to Etsy is the same address you give to PayPal. If your address is wrong and your order is returned to me, I can either refund you for the items minus shipping costs OR I can resend to a correct address at your expense.
