The Karastan carpet that I purchased here is hard to find and the price here from BalitimoreRugs was very good. The carpet may have missed a step in cleaning - instead of inquiring with BaltimoreRugs, I posted a very unhappy review. The seller contacted me, and I sent the rug back - at his expense - for further cleaning, and it was returned to me - also at his expense - in pristine condition. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. If you are considering purchasing a rug here, you can do so with confidence that the seller takes pride in his carpets and customer service.
