Custom and personalized orders
I alway welcome Custom orders! If you don’t see what you like, or just would love something truly unique, contact the shop and we will be happy to assist you in creating your special piece!
Sizing details
All items are measured and should be on the individual listing, but feel free to contact the shop and we will be happy to measure the item to verify!
Care instructions
All wreaths are made with quality materials, and should be displayed underneath a covered area! Bring in your piece during inclement weather. You can use the box that the wreath is shipped in for storage when you are not using the wreath.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I use high quality corrugated boxes when shipping your wreath, and it will be secured to the box. Please remove the zip tie or chenille stem before displaying your wreath.
Shipping
I will ship within 1to 2 business days. Please contact the shop if you need the item rushed, and I will do my best to accommodate you. I use my own shipping and your item will arrive normally with USPS or UPS, if you prefer another way contact the shop, and we will do our best to work with you.
Returns/ Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but we do stand behind our products 100%! If you find that there was an issue with shipping and something was damaged or a defect happens contact the shop, we will work with you in order to make you happy. We will exchange your item once the item has been received we will replace with an item of equal value!
