★ I JUST PLACED my Order - But How do I Submit Personalization Information for my Engraved Order?

If you ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER, but HAVE NOT SUBMITTED customization information:
- Please READ complete Item Description (see above how).

- Please copy COMPLETE "How to Order" part.

- Click on "Contact Seller".

- Paste the "How to Order" part into your message.

- Fill out EVERY question asked, including Production Time and Proofs awareness.

- Send. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

★ Are you going to send artwork PROOFS before engraving?

We send artwork proofs as an exception and solely upon your request, which must be communicated through a separate conversation. Requests in the order notes may go unnoticed until we are processing your order, potentially causing delays, as we operate late hours and may ship early. IMPORTANT: To avoid slowing down processing, stand by Etsy messages for proofs anytime. If no response is received within 3 hours of sending the proof, we proceed to engraving. Kindly review engraving text for accuracy before submission. Thank you.

Proof-Reading Policy

★ As our top priority is on creating and shipping out your order as soon as possible, we are unable to send artwork proofs - PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK all engraved text BEFORE and IMMEDIATELY AFTER you submit your order

★ How do I submit engraving information for my order?

★ Using MOBILE Device to shop? Please make sure you have read Full Item Description. To read Full Item Description - please scroll down and tap "+More" link - please, please, do read all Item Description before placing your custom order. Then use "Notes" area at checkout to type all your Personalization text.

★ Please be sure to check your order for accuracy BEFORE submitting. The customization process is immediate. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted

★ Help! I gave a WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS - and my order is already shipped!

★ Customers are responsible for checking that the Shipping Address is accurate BEFORE they click on "submit the order".

We do not offer refunds for orders shipped with incomplete, invalid or incorrect addresses. We are not able to reship packages returned to us by the carrier due to inaccurate shipping information, or re-route packages once they have been shipped or delivered.
