Returns, Lost and damaged
We do not accept returns for any reason on custom, made to order items. Issues with orders that are found to be either our fault, lost/damages en route will be replaced and not refunded.
Any items that a customer attempt to return without our explicit authorisation will be subject to an admin charge equivalent to sale price.
Where is my order ?
Once your order is processed by us you will receive a dispatch notice from Etsy ( not us). This is NOT an actual dispatch date. You will get an update from the carrier once they have taken possession normally 3 to 5 working days after your place your order.
