5 out of 5 starsI received one of Barb's gorgeous leashes for my new beardie baby in training Toothless. Somehow the spring got damaged in transit, which made the leash unable to tighten fully, and Toothless wiggled out of it. Immediately upon receiving my message, Barb wasted no time in sending me a complete replacement, no questions asked, and even advised me as to how I could repair the damaged one. 😊 I absolutely cannot recommend her leashes highly enough. I will tell all of my herp lovers to get their leashes from Barb. The value, craftsmanship, and customer service of her business is unmatched. I truly appreciate her kindness.
