Our history:
Barn Attic has been in business for over 40 years. Before it was Barn Attic, the 150 year-old barn was the home of The Barn Auction, a Friday night tradition in the Harleysville, PA, area for over 20 years. The auction was a joint venture between Mary Lou Richards and her father, Marvin Knechel. Neither of them could have imagined what a fantastic business would grow from the sale of a sturdy, second-hand high chair in the early 1970s.
We have the most fascinating assortment of everything, new, used, or antique, that can be found anywhere. Our merchandise is organized and neatly displayed on the four floors of a 150 year-old barn, and now we're spreading the love here on Etsy! Whatever you need or collect we most likely have it. We have had shoppers worldwide visit our store for a very unique experience.
