Pressed flower art and dried flower frame show the beauty of nature on your wall.
Pressed flower art and framed dried flowers have been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I spent hours crafting pressed flower frames and herbariums, selling them at local markets. However, like many, I was drawn into the corporate lifestyle and spent a decade working for a large bank. Eventually, I realized that my true happiness lay in working with nature. Leaving the corporate world behind, I embraced my love for flora and began creating rustic and vintage-style herbariums to bring the beauty of nature into people’s homes.
Modern artwork often focuses on urban landscapes, but I aim to showcase the calming elegance of ecological pieces like pressed lavender, dried poppy, and pressed fern. These botanical creations offer a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing addition to any farmhouse frame or decor style. After moving to a small town in Ireland, I began selling pressed flowers decor locally, and their success encouraged me to share them online.
I’m meticulous in selecting flowers, ensuring no waste and avoiding rare specimens to protect the ecosystem. My dried flower frames are made with handmade wooden frames crafted from pine, spruce, oak, and other natural materials. I also use aged glass (40-50 years old) for a vintage touch. I hope my pressed flower art brings as much joy and serenity to your home as it does to me while creating them.
