I believed our store had been put on vacation mode for the winter, so I wasn't checking for orders or messages. Unfortunately, the mode was not completed. Once I found the message, I immediately offered Shari a replacement item at no charge, but she refused and stated she had the item "made elsewhere." I still stand by the offer of a free replacement item of her choosing for the next 6 months, but our design was used by another maker, which infringes on our original copyright. Shari may not know any better, but all manufacturers should respect the creative work of others.
