Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we can offer customization on any one of our plans. The most common customization are adding a stall, changing room dimensions, and adding living quarters.
What do your drawings include?
Our standard set includes a dimensioned plan set, building elevations, and roof plan.
What does it cost to build?
The cost to build one of our plans varies based on your location, material used, material cost and your local labor costs. This being the case we are not able to provide you a cost to build.
However, you can take the images or plans to your local contractors and ask for a rough ball park or a sq. foot price. Once you have the plan and narrowed down your selections, they will be able to give you a more accurate estimation.
Do you include framing and foundation plans?
At this time we do not include framing or foundation plans. Since each site environment, soils, and local codes vary, we suggest you reach out to a local engineer to design to your specific site conditions and jurisdiction requirements. Safety first!
