Frequently asked questions

How do I download my files?

Your files are available immediately after purchase.

Sign in to Etsy using a web browser (not the app)
Go to Purchases & Reviews
Click Download Files next to your order

You’ll also receive an automatic email from Etsy with your download link.

Note: The Etsy app does not support downloads. If you’re on your phone, just open Etsy in Safari or Chrome instead.

Having trouble downloading? (Apple ID users)

If you signed up with Apple ID, your email may be hidden. This can prevent Etsy’s download email from reaching you.

No panic required. Just:
• Log into Etsy using “Continue with Apple” on a web browser
• Go to your Purchases section
• Download your files directly from there

What sizes are included?

Your purchase includes 5 different file ratios, covering over 25 standard print sizes.

These include:
• 2:3 ratio (up to 24x36”)
• 3:4 ratio (up to 24x32”)
• 4:5 ratio (up to 24x30”)
• 5:7 ratio (also works for A sizes like A5–A1)
• 11:14 ratio

Between these, you can print anything from small frames to large wall pieces without losing quality.

What if my size isn’t listed?

If your size is under 25x36”, it’s almost certainly already covered within the included files.

If you need something larger or very specific:
• Send a message before purchasing
• One custom resize is included per order

Can I resize the artwork myself?

Yes. Most online print services let you adjust sizing when you upload your file.

For best results:
• Use the 5:7 ratio file
• Adjust within your print service’s editor
• Position the artwork to your liking

The file will scale proportionally without losing quality.

Where should I print my artwork?

You’ve got three solid options:

Online printing (best quality):
Great for high-end finishes and more options

Local print shops:
Quick, convenient, and often affordable

Home printing:
Works if you have a good printer and proper paper

Upload files directly to the printer’s website when ordering online. Emailing files usually causes problems.

What paper should I use?

For a clean, high-end look:
• Matte or lightly textured cardstock

For premium results:
• Fine art paper
• Giclée printing (higher detail and color quality)

Basically, the nicer the paper, the less it looks like something you printed five minutes before guests arrived.
