Hello & Welcome to my page.
My name is Baroo, I am a thirty-something, free-spirited open-minded color-loving designer & illustrator from Bohemia (Yep, it's a real place, right in the heart of Europe!), based in Vienna. After trotting around the globe and working as a senior corporate designer, I started my freelance solo artist journey in 2020, while finishing my Masters thesis. Amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I found the silver lining: the chance to dive headfirst into something I've always been passionate about - illustration. And that's when I opened my Etsy shop.
Etsy and its lovely community have been at the heart of my small art business from the very beginning. I've experimented with different models until I've landed on selling only digital downloads of my art. They're easy to print, no shipping or waiting is necessary and they're affordable. 🖤
I'm thrilled to have you here and to be able to share my journey with you. My style is colorful, eclectic and joyful. I find inspiration in nature, people, and the world around me. I love creating fresh original, one-of-a-kind designs with a fun twist. I want to bring joy and smile into every space.
