5 out of 5 starsUpon realizing that inventory had been lost in the move, Amber notified me immediately, gave me a promised date for the piece to be remade, and offered to throw in a free pair of earrings as an apology for the delay. She was very kind, and when the package arrived, the set was in perfect condition--along with TWO pairs of earrings in my favorite color. She then followed up to make sure I had received it--very professional and organized. I plan to put my one of my bridesmaids in the purchased set, and I'm so excited!
