I've tried to do my own starter multiple times and never had success, so I caved and sought out an existing starter to use. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I received the starter jar 3 days ago, so I've only fed this starter 3X, and it's already ready to use. Followed the directions on the card for the first feed, but then did a 1:2:2 ratio for the second and third feed. I think that change helped strengthen it quickly. Highly recommend!
