Can I get this design on another item?
Absolutely! Any design can be printed on a tank top, sweatshirt, short sleeved t-shirt, kids shirt, mug or poster.
I don't see the shirt color I am looking for, do you offer any other colors?
Yes, if you see a design you love and you want it on a specific color, message us so we can get the right color for you!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships out.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
My package is lost!
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout to ensure safe delivery as once an order has been delivered to the provided address, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What’s your return policy?
We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made as ordered, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! Cancellations can be made 24 hours from when order is placed.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
How is my order made?
All items are printed using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The shirt is laid flat and a big printer prints the design directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based.
