I ordered two mugs from the shop and they arrived in great time. One of the mugs was broken when it arrived. I contacted the shop and they greatly apologized and immediately sent a replacement. I would definitely buy more items from their shop.

Painting and woodworking were how this shop was described. The wood is beautiful but the letters are literally blue stickers/a white state of Michigan sticker stuck on wood...it’s not painted on. Not painted, as I was lead to believe, in the description- not worth $29 😢

I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed with the sign you purchased. The signs are painted with acrylic paint utilizing stencils I cut out using a vinyl cutter. With the use of acrylic paint the painted area is raised like a sticker, I do not use stickers on the painted signs. Once painted they are sealed with a sealer to protect the paint. I did send a PM if you have any other concerns.
