Do you offer button design services?
Yes we do! Unless it is something really complicated we normally don't charge for this service.
Sizing details
We carry three different sizes of buttons 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2.25 inch, all listings will specify what size it is and usually will have a photo for a size reference. Should you need any help or don't see a size reference contact me.
Wholesale availability
Send us an email or convo and I'll send over our wholesale catalogue. We currently have no minimum order requirements.
Custom and personalized orders
We currently offer custom/personalized orders to any of our clients whether you are having an event or want a special gift. Please contact us with your order details including size of button, quantity and when you require the order.
Does my order have a tracking number?
Standard shipping:
United States, International & Europe - will receive tracking numbers on all orders.
Canadian shipments are sent via oversized lettermail and do not include tracking.
Heavy & Bulk orders are likely to be shipped as a parcel & include a tracking number.
Shipping to the US - We use Chit Chats.
We use bubble mailer envelopes and ship with Chit Chats to the USA. This method comes with tracking and can take anywhere from 6-9 business days to arrive to you.
From their website about how it works "Chit Chats clears customs and hands off packages to USPS or Asendia, our partner carriers for international shipments. Packages are transported by our partner carriers to the destination country where the final delivery is handled by the local postal authority."
Larger orders sent as a parcel may be sent with Canada Post, but will also include tracking.
Do you ship to Germany?
No, currently due to VerpackG import & packaging rules, I'm unable to ship to Germany.
Orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.
