Returns
Returns are accepted if contact is made within 3 days of delivery and item isn’t customised. I must be contacted prior to return, forced returns will be refused.
Please note return shipping costs are at the charge of the customer and original shipping fee is not refunded as already spent to send you the parcel. In addition , there is a non refundable handling / restocking fee once an item is returned. This fee is between £1.5 and £7.5 for uk customers, £6.5 to £14 for international customers.
Any import fees applied on international returns will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be sent back within 7 days from delivery.
Delivery
Once sent, any order within U.K. takes 1 to 7 working days to arrive.
; 3 to 15 working days within EU , elsewhere internationally 4 to 23 working days.
For item not delivered, please contact me within 40 days otherwise your claim will not be valid anymore.
Party craft kits
Party crafts kits with paint pots are sent well packaged. Some breakage may still happen in transit if the box is handled poorly. I add some spare shapes to the package in case there is any breakage. If you have broken plaster shapes that are not replaced, please contact me within 48h of delivery with proof.
