I had some issues with the necklace and after leaving my initial review about it, the seller was quick to reach out to me and make things right. The seller went above and beyond to help me, and is definitely a shop that I will buy from again. The necklace itself is beautiful as well and is perfect for special events, or as a gift! The pearls are beautiful and is one of my favourite pieces of jewelry!

5 out of 5 starsI love the necklace. I ordered it in 17 in. rose gold so it fits like a choker. The necklace is made well. It hasn’t fallen apart and I tend to be rough on things since my purse strap sometimes catches or rubs against my necklaces. This necklace has not broke on me or anything, and I am in love with the colors. It’s so dainty. I do make sure to stow it properly since pearls can get wrecked if not.

5 out of 5 starsIt's lovely! I customized it to have huggie hoops/be a bit shorter and the seller was so accommodating given that she didn't have rose gold hoops on hand but still got it for me!! It matches my other rose gold pink pearl jewelry so I'm very happy and it arrived fast

A day or two after purchasing, I received an email from Etsy notifying me my item was delivered when in fact it was not (instead it was delivered to a PO Box near where it was mailed out from). I reached out to the seller immediately and informed them of the situation and how it was meant to be a Mother’s Day gift. Michelle promptly replied, apologizing for the mix up and sending a replacement via 2 day shipping so that it would get here on time for Mother’s Day. Excellent customer service. The earrings were wrapped up nicely and look as pictured in the listing. Can’t wait to gift this to my mom! Highly recommend. :)
