At the very beginning of my order we had a few communication problems with shipping which Jen more than happily fixed including refunding my shipping cost an upgrading me to expedited for free. The wig itself is absolutely beautiful and really good quality, after our slight communication issue Jen kept me updated with my order and provided updates every step of the way until the wig was shipped out. Im am so exited I was able to get this in time for Halloween, it is the PERFECT wig I love it! If youre thinking about ordering a wig from this shop do it, you wont regret it!
