I have always loved being creative, whether it was painting, crocheting, scrapbooking, or playing the piano. Crazy as it may seem, I found my love of paper creations while in college studying Exercise Science. How is that related? Part of my education (and now my full-time career) is creating wellness education pieces and I loved making them fun and flashy with paper. Fast forward and here I am with VeckovPaperCreations! I started by making custom banners for birthday parties and it grew from there.
Although I create all the pieces (and love doing it!), I do have some help from my team members. My husband, Zach, is my go-to when I’m questioning a design choice. He’s also my personal USPS consultant, since that’s his full-time job. Another important VeckovPaperCreations team member is Abel, my golden retriever puppy. He’s there to make sure I am entertained while making your beautiful pieces!

Do you create custom orders?
We can create a custom order for your special day! Contact us using the "contact shop owner" button on our homepage and we will create exactly what you have been searching for! Please be as specific as possible when describing your item.
Do you charge a fee for custom orders?
We do not charge a fee for custom orders (for set-up, design, etc.) However, the order price will reflect your customization (such as additional lettering, unique sizing, paper difference, etc.)
When will my order ship?
All items are customized and are not made until you place your order. Because of this, we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be shipped. In most cases, the item will be completed and shipped sooner.
I need this item soon. Will I get it on time?
We know you can’t always plan ahead and try to accommodate as many last minute requests as possible. Our shop header lists the earliest event date we are accepting orders for. If your event falls before this date, we most likely cannot get you your order on time. Please message us if you have any questions.
Do you have any items pre-made?
We do not have any pre-made items; all items are made according to your customization.

No, since each item is handmade, we generally cannot offer discounts for multiple items.
What if my order does not arrive on time? What is your refund policy?
Because all items are made custom for you, shipping is never refunded unless it is an error on our part. Custom orders include, but are not limited to, changes in item color, custom wording (including all Name and Save-the-Date banners), size, and quantity.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been placed in the care of the USPS, and we do not guarantee delivery dates.
I received my order and it’s incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost. If the event date has passed, we will process a full refund.
***Due to high order volume, you must note all requested changes in the “note to VeckovPaperCreations” box when you check out, even if we have previously discussed your requested changes via Etsy message, e-mail, or other form of communication. Including your changes in this box is the only way to ensure your request is seen during manufacturing. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on orders where changes are not included in this box. ***
I no longer need this item. Can I cancel my order?
Your custom orders may only be cancelled if they have not gone into production. Please message us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
