Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to let us know what the issue is. Please send a picture of the product that shows the issue. If it was a error on our part, we will send a replacement that correctly reflects the original order.

We can do a rush order but it will depend on what you are ordering and our current inventory. Please send us a message with what you will be ordering including colors and quantity, when you need them by and where you are shipping to. We will check our stock and let you know what we can do.

There is not an additional rush order charge but there may be an extra shipping charge if shipping needs to be upgraded to get it to you in time.

Yes, you can as long as the imprint color is the same for all of them. We can only print in one imprint color per design with the prices listed. Please make a note in the message to seller with colors and quantities ( sizes for shirts).

If you want multiple imprint (design) colors, there is an additional cost of $15 per color change. Please send us a message with the details of your order and we will set up a custom order for you to include this charge.

For screen printed orders (koozies, and shirts) you will receive a proof with your wording and fonts you picked. You will receive this within 1 business day of the order. You will then be able to make changes to the design. Orders will be completed once we have approval from the buyer for the proof.

If you would like a preview for a water bottle order please send me a message after you place the order or put a note on the order. If you request a preview, please look out for it. The order is on hold until you approve it.

Please make sure your email address is valid on the order. This is how we will communicate with you.

If you purchase less items than information given (names), you will receive a message with a link to a custom listing to purchase the rest of the items needed to complete your order. If the ship by date approaches and you haven't purchased the listing, the number of items purchased will be sent with the names starting from the bottom being left off.

If you purchase more, a message will be sent to see if names were left off by accident and if not then the extra items purchased will be refunded.
