Do you provide bulk orders/bundle deals?

Certainly! Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Orders in the wedding collection already have discounts applied. However, if you're requesting more than 20 sets of decals, please message me, and I'll do my best to assist you further. I'm also working on additional items that will include quantity discounts, so please bear with me as I finalize those.

What is your return/cancelation policy?

All of our items are made of high-quality vinyl! We typically don’t accept cancelations for items that are already shipped, custom made, or made-to-order. However, we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.

I want to place a larger order, but the quantity listed isn't sufficient. How can I do that?

I will be happy to accommodate larger orders! Please message me directly, and I will make the necessary arrangements for you.

Do you do custom orders?

I absolutely love creating unique designs and would be thrilled to help make your dream a reality! Do you have a special design in mind? Please message me for any custom order; I am happy to chat about new ideas and work with you to create something truly special!

How soon will I get my order?

Orders are typically shipped before the "scheduled ship date," yet please note the current processing time for all products is 3-5 days.

Your "SCHEDULED SHIP DATE" can be found on your confirmation email and invoice.

If you require your item(s) sooner, plelase message me to request a RUSH ORDER, and I'll do my utmost to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that once USPS has possession of the package, I have no control shipping and delivery dates. Should your tracking show a stall, please remain patient as USPS may not immediately update all information. For any tracking or package inquiries, contact your local post office.
