How do I order?
After you click "Add to Cart" you will see a text box where you can "Leave me a note". Add your house numbers/text to be painted on your plaque. Also add any comments, changes or info. in the text box. Follow easy instructions to submit the order.
Can I change the size on a design?
Any design can be customised to your measurements, smaller or larger. There is usually a small fee with these custom sizes so please contact me first.
Can I change colors on a design I like?
Yes, Your plaque is painted after you place your order so no problem with any color change. No extra charge.
I have an address sign in mind, Can I make a design request?
Yes, Please contact me with any design request. Provide me with the idea, size, colors, pictures etc. I will then give you a price for your own custom design. After payment is made, I will create a pencil sketch to send you for approval (one sketch per order please).
I can't choose, Will you help me choose a plaque that will be a good fit for my house?
I'd love to! If possible send a picture of your house. Also please send measurements of the area, your house color and trim color.
How do I install my address sign?

Will these plaques hold up in cold weather?
All of my plaques are porcelain and not ceramic, perfect for cold, snow, rain or heat. It will not crack, chip or fade in any kinds of weather. I guarantee this.
Instead of painting my house number on my plaque, Can you paint any text?
Absolutely! Any text can be painted on your plaque. Numbers, names, greetings, also hyphens between numbers and words are also welcomed.
Do you have rush service?
I will send your order to you within 2 weeks depending on how busy I am. First come first serve. If you have an event and you are in a hurry, Please choose "Priority Mail" and pay the shipping fee instead of the free shipping (which is "ground Shipping). I will start on your order right away.
